When we moved in, I promised to do a home tour, however, I've yet to follow through with that. fail. So in an effort to make good on my promise, I give you our dining room!
With an open floor plan and white walls, I wanted to bring in some warmth. By adding a colorful rug, plants and the texture of the light, I was able to do just that. My favorite thing about this space is hands down the rug but it also happens to be my least favorite piece. With a messy toddler and an infant learning to use a spoon, the rug gets messy in a hot second which is a total pain in the ass. The things we do for style, I guess.
